RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with 
your Vigor Bound purchase.

Return Window:
You may request a return or refund within 
30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Item received damaged or defective
- Item does not match the description
- Wrong item received
- Item never arrived (after 45 days)

Not Eligible for Return:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items damaged by misuse

How to Request a Return:

   - Your order number
   - Photo of the item
   - Reason for return
2. We will respond within 2-3 business days
3. Approved refunds are processed within 
   5-7 business days to your original 
   payment method
