About Vigor Bound

Vigor Bound was built by someone who has seen what happens when families aren't ready.

Jose Jekeri Taningco spent 28 years as a government DRRM officer (LGOO VI, DILG Region VII, Philippines), helping local government units build disaster preparedness systems under RA 10121 — the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act. He holds a Master in Crisis and Disaster Risk Reduction Management (MCDRRM) from the Philippine Public Safety College, and a background in Biology and Medicine.

In that time, he saw the difference between communities that prepared and communities that didn't. The gap was never resources. It was always readiness.
